About Me

My name is Dorian, and I am a barista and lover. As an lover, I decided to start this website to expose bad coffee and promote good brewing practices. I love espresso and I want to show it.

We blog about everything espresso related. The newest developments in the industry, equipment, great , roasts, and a lot of technical articles where you can up your espresso brewing skills.

Our site is dedicated to all baristas from beginners to more experienced – with a wide selection of articles. Our goal is to provide you with all the information necessary so you can make great espresso shots. My primary mission is to help you improve your barista skills.

As a former owner of the Coffee-Brewing-Methods.com website, I wrote a lot of coffee-related content. While Coffee-Brewing-Methods.com is no more, it was mostly my fault because I spread thin, the experience thought me how to create great content and put it in front of people who need it. So that’s a win.

Since Brew is more niche, I can focus better, and write about things that matter most.

I am always up for a coffee discussion, so reach out via my social channels, or through my contact page. If you want to contribute a great article, there is always a spot for coffee lovers, coffee shop owners and baristas.

I love coffee. I don’t care about caffeine and all of that get-more-energy BS. This simply means that I focus on how to make coffee taste great. This blog is NOT for you if you only use espresso as a caffeine delivery system. There are plenty of other websites that do that. However, if you care how your coffee tastes, and caffeine is just a side effect, this is the perfect place for you. So let’s explore the world of espresso, one cup at a time!

Brew Espresso Coffee goes beyond your regular coffee beans review website, or your coffee equipment shop. We have great espresso brewing tutorials, related curated videos, and we are not your run of the mill coffee website that pours rehashed content.

On this corner of the WEB I will critique snobbish coffee trends, and I will expose bad coffee making habits and techniques. But I also encourage people to follow their taste in coffee no matter what I, or other coffee experts say. At the end of the day, you are the one who drinks it. If you like your beverage bitter, you should prepare it that way. If your taste buds love the smoky taste of Starbucks beans, so be it, I won’t judge.

I like to review coffee and , and I will have at least one review every two weeks or so. My goal is to review the most popular and the best equipment on the market. I’ll show you the qualities of the reviewed equipment, but I’ll also show you its flaws. There is no perfect equipment, at least not for the market segment that I am reviewing. Knowing both the pros and the cons of a product will let you to take the right decision when buying. That’s why I will be honest, and I will try to be as objective as possible.

You can learn more about me on my other website profile. I also write for Coffee Brewing Methods, you can check my articles there.
